We have seen that the upi transaction fails at times, that too in times when you need them the most.

Can upi transaction fails be stop?

Before seeing that let us know ,

What is upi?

UPI was introduced to make us(humans) even more lazy. Just kidding!!!

Before 2016 that is before upi was introduced people had to fill up all the details like IFSC code, name, bank name and so on to do net banking.

So, to make it even more simple NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India) introduced UPI (Unified Payments Interface).

What is special about UPI?

The sender and receiver can have any bank account, could have installed any banking apps(gpay, phonepay, paytm, etc), all you need is just their phone number(should be linked to the bank) or Qr code or UPI virtual address any one of them to transfer your money.

So now coming to the important question,

Why UPI transaction fails?

When you send money, the processing takes place in servers that are dedicated to it. Even though they are powerful and superior to normal computers, when millions and millions of transactions take place they tend to slow down.

So, who are main people who are responsible for these servers to go down?

They are none other than the people who transfer Rs.1 from one bank to another just to check if everything is working properly and the people who transfer a minimum amount of money to each other just to get a scratch card

The problem is, be it Rs.1 or Rs.100000 the process is same according to the servers. So when many people start sending Rs.1 just for checking many transactions take place in the servers so at last the person who was sending a huge amount of money gets an error(processing message) due to these people who send Rs.1.

How to fix UPI transaction fails?

By this time you should have got the answer. First, stop the people around you from sending Rs.1 just for checking purpose. Do net banking only when required, stop sending money among people around you just to get a scratch card. It's waste of time as most of the time you will get a message "Better luck next time."

Bonus information,

Did you know you can transfer many using telephones or button phones?

Yes, it is true all you need to do is just type " *99# ".There will be lot of options available there and you can choose your appropriate options to send the money.
